Mexico decriminalized small amounts of marijuana, cocaine and heroin on Friday….

The new law sets out maximum “personal use” amounts for drugs, also including LSD and methamphetamine. People detained with those quantities no longer face criminal prosecution…..

I know now that 30’s got nothing on me. I climbed three 13c’s today — all first ascents. I fell off the tops, but that’s because it was raining, so I’m counting them. I can outclimb Michael Perry, and that’s what matters.
